95% of New Year's resolutions are related to this but only 10% think they will last

Research has revealed that a massive 95% of people decided on fitness related New Year's resolutions, however only 10% of those expect to keep them up for at least three months.

Many won't even get that far with 43% of those surveyed are expected to have given up by the beginning of February!
