A pensioner is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in Wallasey last night.
A pensioner is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in Wallasey last night.
Police were called to a property in Crosfield Road, Wallasey, at 8.15pm injured male - they found a 66 year man with injuries to his chest.
A spokesperson said his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
House-to-house inquiries have been carried out and CCTV and forensic opportunities explored.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
