Corrie’s Shayne Ward and girlfriend welcome first child and announce lovely name

Coronation Street actor Shayne Ward and former Hollyoaks star Sophie Austin have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl called Willow May Ward.
The proud dad announced the news on his Twitter account writing, ‘Proud to share our incredible news. Me and Sophie had a beautiful baby girl. We are completely besotted and in love with the deepest of hearts. Our world. Willow May Ward.'
The couple, who started dating earlier in the year after Sophie’s 9-month marriage came to an end last year, confirmed they were expecting their first child back in August.
Taking to their Twitter accounts to delight fans, both Shayne and Sophie revealed how excited they were to start a family together.
The couple are yet to share any photos of their new daughter but we bet she’s a little cutie!
