Megan McKenna in Twitter rage with Pete Wicks' ex over ‘cheating’ claims
The girl sold her story to a newspaper
Reality star Megan McKenna has hit back at boyfriend Pete Wicks’ ex-girlfriend after she claimed the pair had been sending ‘X-rated’ messages to each other.
According to a national newspaper, the girl in question, Jacqui Ryland, sent a series of messages to Pete whilst he enjoyed a holiday in Barcelona with Megan. 30-year-old Jacqui told the paper that Pete sent her a message saying he ‘missed their time together’ and was ‘bored’ on his holiday with Megan.
In an interview with the publication Jacqui said, “Why is he doing all these big public affections with her when actually he is just a complete dog? I always thought he was a really nice guy who was respectful to women. I was attracted to his banter. So when his dog died I just messaged him to say sorry. The conversation just started back up and before you knew it the old Pete was back being flirty."
Now the TOWIE star has launched a Twitter spat with Jacqui, who said she ‘felt sorry’ for Megan, and called her out for ‘selling her story’. Tweeting directly to the model, Megan wrote the following:
Megan’s close friend and The Only Way Is Essex co-star, Danielle Armstrong, also involved herself in the spat when she tweeted saying "I swear to god I will never date an Essex boy again. What is wrong with these men."
Despite Megan being a controversial figure with fans, it seems people have her back on this occasion and have tweeted their support for the former CBB star.
Megan and Pete seemed to be totally loved up earlier in the week. As Megan celebrated her 24th birthday, the Essex boy bought her a stunning Rolex watch which she showed off on Instagram.
Pete is yet to break his silence on the rumours.
