WATCH: Paul McCartney composes sounds for Skype's Valentine's mojis
The music legend spent a week in the studio.
It seems a strange pairing, but music legend Paul McCartney and online communications giant Skype have joined forces to create some new love mojis.
Similar to emojis, mojis are animated clips used during Skype chats which allow users to express their feelings. Mojis are accompanied by a short sound which Paul was asked to compose.
Released in time for the loved-up weekend the 73-year-old musician spent a week with designers from Skype.

Talking about the experience Paul said, “It turned out to be a great laugh at the same time as challenging because you suddenly realise you’ve got to compress a musical interpretation of an expression into less than five seconds.”
