X Factor’s Bradley and Ottavio claim they faced ‘homophobic bullying’ on 'Coach Trip'

They think they were voted off the show due to their sexuality

Controversial X Factor contestants Bradley and Ottavio have claimed they were kicked off Channel 4’s Coach Trip after their fellow contestants were being ‘homophobic’ towards them.

The duo, who have made it through to Louis Walsh’s judges houses, appeared on the popular Channel 4 show a few years back and were voted off when their ‘irresponsible’ behaviour annoyed their fellow contestants.

However, now a report is suggesting the boys have claimed there was a lot more to the story and have admitted they were receiving ‘homophobic abuse’ on the show.

Ottavio told a national newspaper “Bradley found out that one of the contestants had a WhatsApp group and all the other couples were in it apart from me and Bradley. Bradley caught one of them having a conversation and they said, 'Let's get those two gays out. Let's get the gays out next. I kicked off with the producer. I said, 'Get the series producer right now'. At the end of the day it is cheating. Everyone got a yellow card."

Despite their claims, the pair were given the boot at the vote when contestants blamed them for a bad atmosphere during the trip.

Bosses of the show have also denied the claims, admitting they take allegations ‘very seriously’ but they feel there is no evidence to suggest any such behaviour.

Meanwhile Bradley and Ottavio will be back on our TV screens on The X Factor at the weekend as the pair fight for a place on the live shows. After a few controversial decisions by Louis Walsh, the boys were sensationally brought back in the six-chair challenge.
